Birchtree's Account Talk

Call the EPA - can you smell it. It's going to stink like this all week. That bullish herd is emitting more of their sweet smelling superlative bull manure all over the board - singing noses - I surely like it. Watch them there banks now that Meredith has finally upgraded them. Be in to win.

This should have outdone your 191K day. Congrats for being a perma-bull! That makes days like today really nice!!!!!

Lordy don't I wish that $191K was in one day - that's a weekly figure. The most I can remember making in one day is around $105K. The day the market was down 312 points recently I gave back $131K - so my money swings both ways.

I'm similar to the 'Ancient Mariner', lots of money but none to spend. The I fund was obviously held back because of their fair value nonsense - perhaps it comes back today. Richard Russell should be happy with the transports at 5236 - now waiting on the Dow at 13,596. "We are going to have a whopper of a move once this tension on the tape is released."

Rochester, it's time to buy the banks again before they escape to higher ground. The VIX is finally propitiating. Let'em romp.

As Audrey was often fond of saying: 'Here it comes again, I can't stop it.' In summary, the indicators are starting to look a lot more bullish, with equity-only put call ratios on buy signals, market oscillators already on buy signals, and VIX dropping below 16, which is also bullish. So what would Audrey say right now - party on, of course.

I swooped in this morning and bought several hundred shares of Regions Financial (RF) at $7.08. I now own 4,888 shares and plan to purchase more every point forward until I fall off the slope. Here is what my DCAs looked like: $4.11, $4.07, $3.11, $4.39, $4.57, $6.15, $7.08. Currently sitting with a $8,500 profit - with no plans to harvest until this bank is much higher.

Why RF and not any other bank?

Numb nuts Senator Reid to speak - if he drops any positive comment this market can explode. Gotta stay long for the excitement.
