The R2K is ahead +15.69 - if I can get a +18.0 I should have my $100K day. Currently the oceanic is +$84K so the push is on.

Birch, what is R2K? good luck on your 100K day. I'll be thankful if S Fund holds 1-1.5% gain, we all need it after last week!

The R2K is the Russell 2000 small cap index. My oceanic account is loaded with small cap stocks and I've paid the price for that these last six weeks - no different than the S fund.

Oooh, the R2K is at 18.29 and I'm currently up +$98K - now if I can gain just a little more in the next two hours. If the bulls pile in and crush the shorts - up we go in a parabolic trajectory. The SPX could crack 1300 before we close.

I think the S&P is going to be hard pressed to close above 1289. That's the short-term trend line of the descending channel. From a bull standpoint this is a perfect setup to break out of the current downward trend though. One better than expected report from Retails Sales and China and this is the result? You can imagine the reaction if the rest of this week's major reports beat their expectations too.

I can take more heat at this point - but it's a good thing I have my lamb chop account held in reserve. We're not even at a 10% consolidation yet. It's time to hold the line.

Currently I'm still up from yesterday on today - that ain't so bad with the weakness we're seeing. Perhaps the oceanic account has seen the bottom. Who in their right mind gives a sh!t about those pinky Greeks - let'm eat cake. Those dumb kids rioting should be ashamed. Reminds me of the Vietnam draft dodgers - what a selfish bunch.
