Asylum's Account Talk

Yeah - that's exactly right. I can wait for a new one to arrive via snail mail and I suppose I will, but it's been good to just ignore the impulse to swap my allocations around and hold fast.

Or you can just call TSP, but it sounds more like you are using this as an excuse to avoid the emotional IFTs...

Sounds like something I should do :(

So far, so good... just hope things don't "pop" anytime soon, cuz sometimes when ya least expect it...

Well, I have moved up to the 53rd position (along 212 other S Fund Riders). So far, so good.

I'm just going to go with the flow and not change my allocation- some times it's just not worth messing with things...

Still all-in the S Fund - yeah after 'misplacing' my damn TSP log on, again! for all of 2015....

While I don't recommend this strategy, it has paid off well over teh last several years. :o

I'm going to have to serious about TSPing though - I'm 52 with 24 years of service and I am thinking about what my retirement plan might look like. I was going to retire before 60, but that might be too damn boring.

I am due to end my European Tour and rotate back to the US next year. I'm not too excited about that prospect, but like death and taxes, its inevitable.

Still All-In the S Fund (since Feb 2012) - currently at #37 in the Tracker.

It's been tempting to reallocate at various time this calendar year, but so far I've resisted the urge knowing that it's a long term game.
