I can't imagine they are not working this weekend (double negative ) - at least the programmers.

The phone reps may be off however, although they probably shouldn't be considering people that work all day can't sit on hold for hours while in the office.

No they were not working this weekend. I tried setting up my account using the phone menu and the automated voice said it couldn't because there was no one on duty. I was advised to call back during business hours and wait on hold.
