My retirement worker is very responsive ...i have no complaints....but have a problem that needs resolution.....

fegli overcharged me $1000...still trying to figure out how they plan to reimburse me for that...

How can they overcharge that much? Have you gotten your full paycheck yet? If not it may be sorted out when that happens, otherwise you will need to call OPM.

Update- today my services online account says “your pension has been finalized, you should receive a letter and booklet in about 7-10 days”.

But there is no information in the online portal about the amount I’m going to be getting.

So I have to wait.

Until the mail is processed, and I get some kind of booklet/packet from them to learn what the actual amount is going to be. And, I hope, some idea of when the actual money will start showing up.

Right now my account still says I’m going to get an interim payment of $1765 on January 2, 2021.

(That’s a $5 raise for cost of living for 2021)

Once you are in. the system, payments are pretty consistent. I think it took mine about 3 to 4 months to get adjustment and on my regular payment (4th payment on). They are paying you after the fact, i.e. for December Retirement you get paid 1st of January.
