I do it and am retired. You need to get a TSP login if you don't have one. I am told you can do it on the telephone but have never tried. You will need a user name, password and method for authentication. I would suggest using a text message as it seems much faster.

As long as you have money in your TSP account nothing changes when you retire. You still have the same opportunity to move your money around just like you did when you were working. Of course you have the same limitations. Congratulations on retirement and good luck on your investments.
