A couple of miles from the property where we spent the summer is this gem.
It was obviously used by a family because I found this porcelain doll's arm in an area close to the house. I tried to use a bent nail and my thumb to give you an idea of the size of the arm but ended up blurring my thumb by trying to take the photo with one hand.
And the inside of the house had been wallpapered with old newspapers, most of which were missing. But there were still some articles or parts of them that caught my eye.
It seems like I find something new to look at each time I visit the old house. Anyone else have photos of history you're willing to share?
