Where are you seeing that? EFA is up .14%, but I have the I fund down 9 cents.
As for tomorrow and Wednesday, the I fund looks like a bargain. Japan will come back tonight and if the USM can end like it is now, Japan will have a good night. Most if not all of the Europeans will be off though.
The two things that are bothering me right now are bond yeilds and the VIX. The VIX bounce of the 200dma as expected(not good) and TNX found resistance at the 50dma and is now headed down. If bond yeilds continue down on Wednesday, it might not be good for the market.
The good news is the S&P broke through the 50,200, and also the 61.8 Fib.
As of right now, I'm thinking I fund.

Yep, Yahoo's previous closing price is off. Friday's close was 80.26.
It's showing 78.25. That's why it is "green".
Although, it is correct on its "historical" data.
Must be a glitch.

You sure about that? Why would TSP being open or close make a difference tonight? It looks like were right on the edge for a +FV.

Oops....Sorry about that. I guess my mind got confused because today is a holiday but TSP is open.
I don't show anything coming close to a +FV. But, if I was Barclay I might have moved the cut off time to early this morning since the OSM closed much earlier than usual. If they did that, we would be screwed.

I agree we should see no +FV. I also moved 100% I for tomorrow. I will probably exit COB Thursday.

Yes and no.
MSCI EAFE = .27% or 7 cents.
Today's 7 cents, plus -14(+FVC from Friday), plus Today's 19 cents +FV,
equals 12 cents.
I funders are 19 cents in the hole right now.
The markets didn't change enough to cause a +FV. Barclays must have noticed a surge of transfers into the I fund. I'm totally serious about this. The I fund play was way too obvious.
