And... when the US is observing Daylight Saving Time and the EU is not observing their equivalent Summer Time, the Final Estimate will be made one hour later. This adjustment is built into TSPLookup and only happens for 10 days to two weeks twice a year.

It is close now. $USD has gone up 0.1% and USM has gone down 0.45% -0.5%. 1 hour to go. Looks like there may be a pause or a bounce. Last several days have featured similar late day sell offs of S&P.

Quick market drop because our old friend Alan "you sure I'm still not Chairman" Greenspan said some negative things about China - a possible bubble burst or something to that effect which did a quick hit on the markets which are now coming back.

Alan somehow keeps escaping from the reservation.

I am going to lock my profits today and go into the F Fund. The markets are starting to worry me. Everyone seems to be very bullish at saying 14000 and crap like that. I was thinking yesterday that the US DOLLAR would fall and the I Fund pop. Now, I am happy and will not get greedy. I felt Tuesday, the market would sell-off and they did not. The markets are overdue for a nice dip. Never go broke taking a profit!!! China is a real thorn and when it falls, you will see very market around the world tank.

That was what I was trying to say this morning about China. Greenspan, sure enough makes a comment..lol. Anyway, looking good for the I Fund going into the last half-hour regarding -FV. Watch..Asia tonight...IMO...huge sell-off!!

Should have said "from noon". Sorry about that. It is really what the market does after noon that affects the possibility of an FV. I'd say it is going to be close. The last half hour drop may have pushed it over the edge. The Eafe didn't drop as much which may be the saving grace. The problem is
