I did an IFT with 65% I , 35% G effective at COB March 14. TSP sent me the confirming email about 7 hours after COB.
We were at 100% G since February 14.
My I price was $22.04
I was shocked to see a new +FV of $.15, though I fully expected the matching $.23 from the day before.
The new +FV appears to cost me alot. My take is that I get surcharged twice this +FV, since tomorrow it will lower I. Do I have this right? My loss is (my number of shares) 1114 x $.30 !
I have read the forum posts about FV ... I hope I have a wrong conception -- convince me that entering today is not a mistake.
I think the market timing is good: equities are due to bounce up, but the Euro/Dollar is not favorable near term. I think E/D might drop some in the near term. I've seen forecasts that E/D is headed to 141 by the end of the year so I'm not afraid of any near term drop in Euro.
This is my first post.

ty= thank you tia= thanks in advanceI have seen some of you guys using abbreviations such as ty and tia. can you please help me understand this asap?
Up about 1.5% or $0.32. Subtract the FV correction of $0.15 and you get UP $0.17.... Trending up slowly.
