Whoooeeeeyy! This is an exciting roller coaster ride -- looks like we are on one of the big drops where my heart skips a beat. As soon as it's over, I get right back in line for more.

Well let's not play hanky panky here and take 'er down 800 - you know it can be done. The Mrs. has until 1600 hours to place her order - that's enough time to watch the Dow and SPX rally. Samurai warrior time.

FV question...

If there are multiple consecutive days that would trigger an FV (all in the same direction), how does Barclay apply the FV? Has that happened before?

I can see 2 scenarios assuming they are -FVs:

1. The followup +FV would negate part of the -FV.
2. They would hold applying the +FVs from the first and following days until there is a non-FV day.

The first option would tend to smooth the I fund pricing, but the second may open up a big bounce play sometime soon.

The fall may be scary, but the G Force from a sudden upswing might crush some of us. I hope it happens!

It would be short-lived.

But, would it be worth catching while getting whipsawed in the process?

Not for me, it wouldn't.

All Asia is down big.

Japan down 2.36% now.

Oh Brother, it is going to be enough to continue around the world.

Lucky me- I'm on the lilly pad.

Waiting for that 10% fall to hit. We're well on the way.

From Reuters:

The Nikkei average <.N225> ended the morning session down 2.2 percent at 16,842.32, nearly 8 percent below a seven-year closing high of 18,215.35 posted on Feb. 26.

Tokyo's stock market has suffered as investors are pulling their money out of global equities markets.

Yeah, I'm trying to maintain a play-by-play so we can see how it's affecting one another.

What makes you think it's going to stop at 10%? Something tells me this is not a normal correction.
