Looks like USD/JPY fell below its 50SMA last Friday (or so). Wished I would have noticed it then.

Yup, the maximum bend over scenerio is a -FV of 20 cents. The total should be -39 cents.

While we want the dollar to fall to help the I fund price, we don't want it to fall below 80 and certainly don't want it to fall against the Yen. A rise in the Yen, at this point in time, will cause Japan exporters to sell. If the Yen rises too much, too fast, it can snow ball and the Yen carry can unwind, like what happened in February.

What do you mean by end of day number? End of day for the I fund is 11:36 est.

Lately, Barclays have been using either the EFA or the Dow. For today, I'm guessing they'll use the Dow. Cut-off time is about 11:36 est. The Dow had a change of approximately -.8% or -20 cents.

MSCI shows the EAFE down .759% or -19 cents. The Chemeng spreadsheet failed to capture the FTSE drop in the last 10-15 minutes because Yahoo was too dam slow again, which was why you're estimate was off.

Ebby, we cannot get them right everday. AMZN will save the OSMs tomorrow. This will bond well for the I Fund. BTW...NFLX .. I mentioned was a great short in the 20s....look today
