350zCommtech's Account Talk

My wife just phoned me at work to tell me that she signed the return receipt for the TSP letter. I restrained myself from asking her this morning to refuse to sign the receipt for good reason. We have been acting properly, legally, and doing in good faith what is allowed under the laws and regulations. I urge all of you to stay united and to give your best effort to prevent the board's arbitrary behavior from becoming permanent. The TSPshareholder website can provide you with the most valuable information to equip you to fight this fight with the best possible arguments. Good Luck to all of us!!

LOL....Yes, I'm all in.:D

OK that is great news because we thought we stole your ship without your permission - sorry Captain. All aboard we are off to the Emerald Isle the water may be a bit choppy but the sun is out not a cloud in the sky. Was that a Euro we just picked up or a pound ? May we have a safe trip and it's not often you have William Wallace aboard so no fear Scotland and Ireland will fight for a pint of Guinness and every Euro we see. - Cead mille faite Braveheart

If someone is home and is presented with the receipt for signature, it could counts as "proper notification" even if it is refused, so it's best to not even answer the door.

If nobody is home they'll leave a delivery notification, which could also count as proper notification.

Will be going 100% G at close. Will also count as my 3rd xfer but should be a freebie back to the G right?

BTW.... that mailman gets close enough my dogs will take care of 'em!! LOL

Are we in plus FV territory? Kinda think so. Lets hope OSM soar tonight..

(sorry, just saw it in tspgo thread) shoot!!

100% in as well. Big day and finally some vindication that we may have formed a solid bottom. Short term rally looks intact and hopefully momentum and value buying will keep us in the green at least thru Wednesday.

This market has been nothing more than heart stopping. As you mostly know, market swings like these makes me want to puke. Just when you think you have it figured out, someone drops a shoe.

I still think we have based...we may wallow for awhile...but looks good going forward.

FED has been working the kinks out...I gotta say they have been working hard on all levels to stablize the market. :D

.....and destroying the value of the dollar which drives up the price of oil and everything else the average American buys on a daily basis. I'm totally against these bailouts and cuts. You (corporation or individual) make poor/greedy decisions, live with the consequences. Thats free market capitalism. JMHO.

No doubt you are right - a SOLID BOTTOM was formed and from here on in the BULL should take over for at least the next 4 months. Financial Markets (Banking) are more solid than ever; Credit Crisis and the Mortage Mess is finally a thing of the past.

Hmmm...maybe I misunderstood. A SOLID BOTTOM can only mean value buying - everyone will see this and growth will be sustained.

Well no more my friend  A SOLID BOTTOM means the Volatility is finally a thing of the past.

I am honestly delighted to hear this. Whew!! I was getting a little nervous heading into the next month - but "the worst is over" and it can only go up from here.

I have you give you a lot of credit; seems like most people misunderstand the FED - whereas you seem to really grasp the diligence and determination they have been working on around the clock to finally get the problems worked out and give us the strength these Markets have been desperately needing.

Thanks for your input. You'd enjoy Birchtree's Thread

18 cent +FV....I can't trucking believe it. With the dollar up over 1%, this is f***ing BS.

To understand why I'm so pissed off,

it's because the I fund is down over 33 cents at the moment.

-18 + the dollar(-25) = -33

We got ducked!!!!!!

Barclay is the master of screwing the TSP. That is why I stayed in the S Fund. They are going to run up the us dollar now. I hope it comes back for you.
