12%ayear's Account Talk

I pose this question to all 12% said I may use his thread before so here we go!!

The dollar is now worth what the Canadian dollar is worth!!
Thats not good , Which fund in anyone's opinion is best for the devaluation of the dollar!!
I would love to here the responses, I know where to put money outside of the funds but the funds is where most of my assets are until I retire!

Think longer term my friend and roll with the unloved and unappreciated C fund. The companies in the C fund will benefit from a continuing dollar 40% of their earnings come from exports. The C fund is loaded up with almost 27% financial companies. The biggest of the best. I'm currently a 90% C fund kind of guy.

Re: 12%ayear's Account

Curious why you see strength in C. I was going to go and get my penny that will pay Friday. I'll give it to you for your thoughts. :cheesy:
IMO the markets should pull back today as the shorts start to step in after the 2 day rally. Also, the earnings were better bad today..Look at Circuit City..nobody is spending. Tomorrow there is no econmic news which is a great day to be in the markets. Also, the I Fund is risky now with the US DOLLAR way oversold. The small caps are also a tad ahead of themselves. I like the C Fund..I want to be in equities and I think the C Fund is now the laggard out of the three. I also think that there will be a afternoon sell-off and cause the I Fund to give -fv. Plus the Nikkei will sell-off tonight. It has been on a tear.

Re: 12%ayear's Account

I guess we took one in the shorts today, hopefully, we will continue to have brighter days ahead. I don't like the F fund no more. It hasn't been my friend this month.
Lets cross our finger for the last hour for some recovery. On the bright side, we are beating the our funds. The I fund looking like some -fv is shaping up. 350z, and idea on that? ty:)

Yeah, you have to be somewhat pleased since you are leaping to the C fund for Friday and it looks like you will be catching it on a dip.

I had a feeling that we would sell-off this afternoon. I posted my 2 cents about that this morning. If now we can get the F Fund to creep up, I would be happy. Even a few cents loss would be nice!! The DJIA is looking for triple digit losses here!!
