I'm not a market expert like you are. I've never claimed to be. If I was an expert in the market, why would I even be on this web site. I was just stating my opinion. I learned along time ago to stay out of the market during the summer. I miss out on gains, but then again I miss out on the losses too.

If I somehow offended you, then you have my humble apologies.
 
ot.....Vick pleas guilty..He is the biggest maggot on earth. He was praised for rescuing pitbulls from Hurricane Katrina,only to use them for fighting. Some of the pitbulls were very tamed and they were forced by torture. 4 type of people I hate. Child molesters,rapists, family abusers, and animal abusers. ty OIG for arresting this lower than life human

I was not talking about you or anyone in the TSP talksite..LOL...I was referring to CNBC...lol
 
I thought you were talking about some folks here too. We've all made some bad calls lately so we're all a little paranoid. I'm glad you cleared that up. :)

I am the first to make bad calls.lol. Part of doing business. We are in here to help each other and have a few laughs. Honestly, I like DELL, he/she took it the wrong way. It happens and I am sorry if it came out that way. I always have CNBC on and laugh at them. That is why I posted that at that moment. Anyway..bad calls? Add me to that list, I belong on the top of that list>>LOL;)

you are doing just fine. None of us are market experts or else we would not be here> well maybe EBBY is the market expert..lol...Listen , sorry if you thought I was talking about you. I was posting about CNBC. I was talking to the TV and posting because they had some permabull idiot on. Anyway, keep up the good work.:)

No need to apologize. No hit- no foul. Those folks at CNBC are lame. Talk about back seat quarterbacking, LOL.

My TSP account is fine. Wish I could say the same on my personal portfolio.
 
12%, I still read your posts everyday, as most of us do. Believe me when I say that novices like myself appreciate the time that you and the other leaders take to give us your opinions. It's always helpful to me...

IMO, We all need to be patient and things will swing positive...the only question I have is when I get back to using a buy and hold strategy again..I'm thinking it's not a good strategy until 2008..

I think now is the time, IMO.Banks are very cheap and Tech is oversold. 50/50 split I and S Fund is a good play until DEC 31.
 
Dean can only do so much with oil prices at this stage. This is not last year,when the real estate market was doing well. Next week,we have a ton of data coming out to help the FED make quicker decisions. BTW, I was reading one of my posts yesterday.I meant to say permabear on :)CNBC not permabull. I FUND is flat, but USM's futures are red. I have a good feeling the I Fund will start to takeoff this week and next. GL

The Nikkei will explode tonight. After-hours the futures are on fire. Japan is way oversold to say the least. Whenever the markets obtain a flock of bad news, it always overacts at first, then it comes to its senses and works out the bugs. This is what is happening. The market caught the "Lenders Flu" and Dr. Bernanke gave it a dose of "green penicillin". Although, we cannot go up forever,I think it might be time to lock profits tomorrow and sideline for a day or two. Next week, we have a ton of data to go through, I think we will come out smelling pretty. I will see what the markets are doing Thursday and then make a move or stay put. This is what I wasposting about yesterday regarding the permabears who always eat dirt on CNBC. They want to scare people and they miss huge rallies. It is ok to miss a few, but not all..LOL

Nikkei,up2.61% thus far the I Fund is up .20 cents today after factoring in the -fv. That is .85% for the day so far. I plan to do some more DD before moving or staying pat. Will post by noon if anyone cares..
