Nice, futures are red. That is a great sign. It is always better to have red futures after the rally and the day after the FED cuts. Many are starting to feel that by the FED pausing means that the economy is not has bad. However; we have not had a losing year since 2002. Next year wil be the one to be careful of. That aside, I feel that with two months left this year, you will start to see the small-caps start to move.

Watch for buyers to scoop up these beaten down financials. They are just too cheap at these levels. Look for a drop at the bell and then a recovery today.

watch that 13800 level as a base...........This is great!!.....Now watch the buyers come in and start to recover. We will recovery to under triple digits loses....This is all fluff news based on oil. Perfect set-up for a run. I would not even be surprised to attempt a green close. Stay tuned!! Still way to early to panic....Steps.....down 200..down 150...down 100.. down... 50 down 25 ..even..postive...........Watch!!!
