i just saw an ad for the 'wax vac' which promises to suck all the unsightly gunk out of my ears with no pain. plus it comes with 4 sets of color coded tips so everyone in my family can have their own pair, and a light and a brush.

but wait there's more, i can get two for only $20 if i just pay separate shipping and handling.

huh? what did he say? crazy.

Good thread - we can recount bad gifts past and present! From my childhood, I recall the real biggies out there were:

1. Soap-on-a-rope
2. Chia Pet, which later evolved into Chia Everything You Can Possibly Imagine
3. Flowbee (the vacuum cleaner/hair trimmer thingy)
