WorkFE's Account Talk

Re: ift

Sitting here looking at the snow here in KY. I suppose we are up to about 6 inches. Still snowing.

Re: ift

Finally stopped snowing around 5PM. Ended up with about 9-10 inches in my area.
Could be looking at another half inch tonight and Friday. Saturday, all bets are off, here comes the ice. Going to get dicey in the Ohio valley. Not to many days above freezing for the next 10 days.

On the bright side, futures are flat.

Hasn't snowed here in a few days. Forecasting snow on and off over the next few days. I have about 18 inches of snow on the ground. Got to work this morning and it was a -7F currently 6F. Might warm up this weekend to the upper 20's. But the sun is shining.

Re: ift

Sun out here as well which is helping with roads and sidewalks.

With no regard for the folks in the New England area as they are all quite warm in their new Superbowl Champion tee shirts, I got a chance this morning, to use my snow blower for the first time this winter. And what, 31 days until Spring? Woohoo!!!:D

Re: ift

Where do you want to be positioned by COB today.
The big powerhouse Hotels report earnings Wednesday morning and afternoon. Will recent gas prices have had an impact on travelers?
Walmart reports Thursday morning. Important report which includes Holiday sales.
Dish and Direct announce on Thursday as well.

These and a few others can propel this market in either direction. Where will you be?

Re: ift

We should have Job Time Shares that way I could be somewhere south of here during times like this.

Minus 9 this morning. That don't happen to often around here.

Current and future associates will benefit from this initiative, which ensures that Walmart hourly associates earn at least $1.75 above today's federal minimum wage, or $9.00 per hour, in April. The following year, by Feb. 1, 2016, current associates will earn at least $10.00 per hour.

Re: ift

Gotta be liking that 2PM rebound. Unless of course one bought in hoping for consecutive down days.
It is still early though.

Re: ift

Congrats to all those in the C & S funds today. Here is hoping we don't give it back tomorrow. To those in the I fund, you're buying tonight.
