Because thats 2 moves.

G is supposed to be unlimited.. Right

If you moved to the G fund, Thats one move, then moved into another fund thats 2 moves. From there you have unlimited moves back to the G but know where else. While you have IFT's all moves count, even to the G. Once you have used your 2 IFT's you have unlimited moves back to the G.
Example: I have used my 2 IFT's, I'm 100% in the S fund, I make ten incremental 10% moves back to the G fund. That is allowed.
