Well, I said a quick in and out and that was quick. I don't trust this rally so I may miss out on more upside, but I'll get 2 more IFT's in a few days.

Went 97-G 1-C 1-S 1-I, just to try Squalbears <1% method.

Looks to be a great call for you W H , did John's folks get in or are they still waiting? see you tomorrow, now to plug in some tunes :D

Sorry didn't see your post. Looks like we posted at the same time(12:01). Yeah, looks like another dumba$$ luck move for me, but I'll take luck anyday. Hopefully you can get a little more tomorrow. I have'nt heard from John yet, so I guess they're going to wait to get in. Hey, I think I'll start naming my moves " The Dumba$$ Luck move" Kinda like the " No Brainer". Ehh! Ok, maybe not. See ya Manana...:D

My daughter and I have a lot of fun and say things to each other that never phase either one of us because we know it's all in fun.

So anyway last night at supper she didn't eat any of the carrots that were sliced in a bowl ....

So I look her as though I'm shocked to pieces and said, "Carrie you didn't eat any carrots"!

to which she very casually said, "Yeah - that's right"

So I grabbed the bowl and said, "Carrie you're not eating any because you're just not in the mood - BUT I TOLD YOU THEY WERE LACED WITH OPIUM THEN YOU'D GOBBLE THEM UP".

to which she excited nodded her head with a big grin.

Anyway - I'm spacing out and somehow that thought reminded me of you and your son in the music room.

Be cool dude .... I'm on the pad as well

That's Funny! Yeah my son just bought a new bass, so we were in the music room doing a little blues jam, but he gets board with that stuff and wants to play some Deftones or Tool, but I don't know that stuff, so I have to fake it and then I have to throw in my best Eric Johnson riff and he says " Dad what are you doing"?...:D
 
I hate being in over a long weekend, but with the stimulas close to being passed, may boost investor confidence in the short term. So may jump in today. humm 100 -I....:nuts:

Perhaps the ultimate low on the I fund was on 1/20 at $12.25 - so you would be close enough for government work. Go for it.
 
Be wary of low volume trading today ahead of the holiday. Not a likely indicator of market direction. 1 to 3 days Days after holiday historically have been on the downside. Short were burned yesterday and looking for payback. BOA or C banks may come up with a negative surprise over the weekend. With all this said, tread carefully. :worried:

One more thing...consider the possibility that we go down below 805 S&P at the close. This would lead to a real test of the November 2007 low to start next week of trading. If the stimulus bill passes after close, what do you think the big boys want to do first....yes that is right...test that low and then ride the wave up. Sounds plausible do't you think? :)

But seriously, take a look at the chart that I just posted in my thread. If the bears can get an hourly close back in the triangle or below, in would be bearish for the afternoon. Giving you a -FV tonight for Monday. But if they rocket it higher in the afternoon, you will be screwed. It sucks to carry a +FV over the weekend as Fridays US momentum could evaporate by Sunday night. Time is not on your side. You won't see and hourly close that you can base your decision on until after the deadline. Also the USD/YEN is looking toppy. Notice the pathetic 1% gain in the Nikkei last night despite a strong rally in the USD/YEN and the US market.

IMO, you guys that are jumping in now are playing with fire. I hope you guys have airbags for your rears.:D
