Good question...Last I heard watching the Police Chief or Mayor (I forget which)...That it would be tax payer payed, unless donations came in to offset the expense...I'm sure some have been made..How Much?...beats me..

I'm quite certain you were NOT on the donors list. Check your facts, and see who actually PAID the bills. Since you're so well versed in "quantifying", I'm sure you'll get it right this time. But, look at others who were in the same situation, provided for and no donations came forth.

You'd have to go back 200 years to compare, if you have the time.
