Thanks RF! Yes, Burro is certainly entertaining! icup... oh boy! S-fund is off its feed today, not sure why when the DOW and SNP are putting in decent gains; will have to look into this. Well, I catch an early flight out tomorrow morning, I can see why folks don't like to leave this place. I had a friend stationed here on orders, when his orders were up and he got sent to a new duty station, his wife stayed! Go figure! :rolleyes:
 
S-Fund appears to be following the seasonality weakness, so far a little down; looking for it to be mostly flat/ in consolidation. Considering jumping out, though if it stays flat timing an entry wouldn't really be a problem, so holding for now. Surprised to see the DOW climbing strong and the S-fund performing otherwise.
 
Let the Santa Rally BEGIN! :D RF nailed his entry I think; had I punched out to catch the dip I likely would have gooned the re-entry. Hopefully we're off to the races!

Hope you are right Whipsaw. I just threw my remaining 50% into the S fund...Sleigh bells ring. Are you listening?

Uhhhhgggggg.... Hi everyone, I've been out of pocket with holiday activities and domestic chores... at any rate, didn't expect this much weakness at this point, looking at all the bull flags in Tom's commentary I'm hanging tough (sticky pants) through the weakness. I read that election years are strong through the inaguration, but also folks will be selling this coming year expecting lower taxes associated. Hmmm... I'm in for now.

Well it looks like the markets ended 2016 with a thud, being down 3 of the 4 days this week. ;swear

I'm hoping we get a little bounce back next week, but with all the craziness coming out of Washington I am not optimistic. It may be time to consider an exit until the outlook improves...

7.42% and 648 on the AT for the year... Not too shabby; still, I like last years number better (~14%), my New Year resolution is to be there or higher this year! :D

BTW, futures are UP! :cool:

Hi Whipsaw! You did great!! I was totally off all year.... I'm not yet sure on strategy for this coming year. I really think it just might be me.... Fear takes hold too often. :( So for the coming year will see about getting a Grip on those emotions !!!

Thanks DBA! Fear was a big obstacle this year, having many of the market fundamentals out to lunch and the market keep climbing for instance :-/ I certainly want to be better tuned and charting this year.
 
I can't BELIEVE IT! The AT is ALPHABETICAL today! I'm 1199 on the AT! One above WhiskeyOne, 5 above WildWoman and three down from Weather n Leather! =:-o So, I guess I'm in good company... but still... 1199!! :bs2: :rippedhand: :aargh4: ;swear
 
Ok, sorry... 434 on the AT is a little more like it. Running neck and neck with Wildwoman FWIW. C-Fund outperforming the S... might have to re-balance. Hmmmm.... Futures are UP! :cool:

Not yet, there should be some follow through tomorrow. I need a raft of decision points to better assess my moves. I have some homework to do.
