I don't think so WS. I hate to say this but I think we turn down to 1867 next. Some EW guys are saying the pivot is 1882. Others think this thing could go as low as 1750 or lower. If we are still in a bull market, the bulls will need to step up and not let that happen. I don't believe P4 Wave 4 completed yet so the P4 bottom isn't in. Raven has this right, oil is destabilizing the market. The other thing to remember is that the other sectors are all doing ok except energy. If energy can be stabilized, the market should have a strong rally but no idea when that occurs. My other positive thoughts for the day...Once the big rally does get underway, either the Fed will start talking and screw everything up, China will devalue the yuan, or Greece will miss a loan payment and put the EU back in panic mode....

I should have capped the 'maybe' and looks like it was only for yesterday. The article is calling for lower lows... I think you're right on target re. energy.

Futures and earnings are off, curious if Asia will be down again... I'll have a short opportunity to check in tomorrow morning before I check in to fly to Nebraska. All the brass monkeys have been brought in statewide. Got me a new wool cap for the trip

Much bearish discussion on the videos at the link.... SNP 1745 or so for a potential down side; oil bottoming around $20-25... Day 14 of a 25 day 'selling stampede'... Maybe a bounce in there, that falling knife for the nimble (TSP rules put our feet deep in the mud...).

Agreed. And when there is a rally of any kind, they sell it and dig the hole deeper. This is getting REAL old, REAL fast.

Agreed, many underlying factors (oil, china, Puerto Rico, etc.) yet to be solidified; tempted to put down a marker to buy shares on sale and hold going forward. I think MJR and DBA are on target and see what next week brings.
