By the way the steak is marinaded and smoked with red oak, then shaved, pan fried with cheese, onions, garlic topped with melted cheese.

Dang ... that porterhouse sounds terrific.

Me? Going to a Super Bowl party and I'll be bringing grilled chicken wings. I have a great recipe that uses sriracha hot sauce and orange marmalade.
