Website server issues causing tech problems

At this time all services should be back online and accessible. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact our support team directly so we may investigate further. We are working on a deeper analysis with our Vendor, and once confirmed we expect to have an official RFO within 72 hours.

Our Engineers have applied vendor recommended patches to our backend storage array. We are currently running tests to ensure stability for the array and working urgently to restore services. We do not currently have an ETA at this time, however we will continue to provide updates accordingly as we work towards full restoration.

Dear Customer,

Our Engineers are currently in the process of working with our vendor to apply a patch to our backend storage array to ensure stability and restore services fully. There are still some reports of intermittent disconnection of production services, including our OptiX dashboard. We do not currently have an ETA at this time, however we will continue to provide updates accordingly as we work towards full restoration of customers environments.
