Here's some updates from the hosting company:

We are currently installing the replacement hardware and rebooting the backend storage device, services will experience an interruption during that time.

We will continue to provide further updates as progress is made, some customers slowness should be resolved as we work to move workloads to an alternative storage array.

We appreciate your patience while we continue to work through this issue, we have received the equipment required to repair the issue just this morning and are working on the installation this morning.

We will continue to provide further updates as progress is made, some customers slowness should be resolved as we work to move workloads to an alternative storage array.

We are still working diligently to resolve the storage issue. At this time, we are moving as many workloads to another storage array, but the migrations are going slower than expected due to the failure of the current storage unit. Unfortunately, the spare equipment on site could not resolve the issue, and we are waiting for the spare equipment to arrive in the next several hours.

We want you to know that this is a top priority for us to resolve this problem, and we will keep you updated as progress is made.
