Yes, the investigation should proceed. The justice system may not be perfect but it's what we've got. Anyone who chooses to take justice into their own hands should expect their motives to be questioned. Using the justice system is how a nation of laws makes the determination between that choice and a criminal act (as in the school shooting).

If the investigation concludes that Zimmerman was justified in shooting Trayvon, I'm afraid the answer is yes. Like it or not, people have a right to defend themselves when attacked.

Who knows the real truth at this time. Reading what you said, I was thinking maybe if I was the kid, and if really walking legally & peacefully and minding my own business, and this scary bigger dude (with track-record of violence) is following and tracking me down and comes at me at night with firepower, maybe I should have some power too, and feeling very threatened of being mugged, assulted or worse, popped mr. Z in self-defense 1st. Like they said, I bet the kid wouldn't have been cleared to go as quickly as mr. Z if that had happened.
The whole "left-wing media spin on everything" thoughts strike as way too paranoid and unobjective to those who are perhaps truly more objective. Like Mapper said, all the media is trying to pop-up stories to try to make more $s.

Exactly, and the fact remains that the Police involved did not put the burden of proof on Zimmerman.

When any everyday coward has access to a gun and the subsequent ability to kill; we, as a society, have the burden of determining what sort of perceived threat warrants such deadly force. The decision to kill someone should not be made lightly. I think it's safe to say nearly every killer feels "threatened" in some way but that can not be acceptable justification.

Lots of opinions out there about the Secret Service Scandal. Here's an opinion I agree with. I'd be willing to bet this isn't the first time this has happened, and it probably won't be the last.

Every "kid" walks along innocently until they strike harm...we cowards should just sit with our guns pointed awaiting the "kids" misbehavior...if a "kid" bashes your head in when you confront him...you deserve it...especially the whites...social justice for all...even the "white" haspinacs

So, for those selling in May and going away... Are you going to the G fund or the F fund? I'm trying to decide for myself and would love some opinions on the subject.

You should go with your gut. However, my opinion is go with your age. If under 50 go F Fund, if over 50 go G Fund. However, if Fed ends up raising the interest rate this year I would go G Fund regardless of age MHO.
