Funny that you're holding the 3X Bear Real Estate ETF, while I hold onto homebuilder KBH.

KBH has had a great month so far. The chart on DRV looked like it could go higher. I took a chance and so far it's been working ok.

If the C fund doesn't drop further monday, Ill be surprised. The weekly chart STILL can't close above its 1425 level of resistance. I'm going to go clear my head and not think about anything related to DC or TSP. Have a great weekend everybody!

Who knows, maybe congress & the white house will find a way to compromise and find a solution that either side won't be in love with, but will be what's best for the interests of america.

Got stopped out of JVA thursday @ $7.05. Didnt get back in Friday so I missed the bounce today!! Could've pocketed almost 10%. Oh well, maybe next time. lol

Nice day for all homebuilders, SPF, HOV, PHM, XHB. All of those look to be higher by at least 2.5%, and anything related to homebuilders looks to be higher too.

I have no selected target price or time horizon - I'll just keep dollar cost averaging until I run out of money. BZH is also showing strength and I own it also.

As long as it works for you. Would've been nice to have been holding JVA or CBOU too. Cbou looks like it might still close down for the day.

I bought my PHM so low I could hardly see down the bottom of the well at around $3.77 and have dollar cost averaged every couple of points up to the current price of $17.89. I'm trying to do the same with KOL and several other coal stocks. Be in to win.

I haven't messed with any coal this year, just etf's and a few individual stocks. Not a bad run from $3.77 to $17.89. That would have bought a lot of twinkies a few weeks ago, now, probably just a few.
