TSP Website not letting IFT go thru

Tried to ift this am. Website is ok until you hit submit button. Then error msg. stating wrong allocation. Will not let you do anything else. Will notify TSP of problem.

Just did an IFT...no problem.

I tried many times to get ITF this morning, got the same error message as everybody else. I called the TSP at -877-968-3778 and got the rep to enter the ITF for me. If you don't have your TSP account # with you (I have replaced it with a custom user ID), the rep can verify your id with other information (SS# , birthdate, etc.) I told the rep about this problem, but it appears not to be quite widespread, though she said she has alerted people at TSP on it. I believe many people will wait till 11:50AM and then you might not be able to get to a free phone line. (TSP lines busy! website error! luckily so far it's an up day. Wonder how it would be if it's a tanking day)

Just did an IFT...no problem.

Yeah its not something you can "test" and I dont want to use an IFT
right now.

Maybe they should change the code to include an "are you sure?" :blink:
Willl that be part of the new website updates ??
