I have joined the tweeter site as a follower, but I don't see the current allocation posted. How is the allocation communicated by TSPStrategy?

TSPStrategy is not a part of this site, it is a separate one. I believe you will have to join the TSPStrategy Yahoo Group and search their files to find what they recommend.
