I was going to put a small % in stock funds this morning but the TSP login page isn't coming up. Oh, well. That's what I get for waiting until the last minute.

I called TSP and the lady I spoke to was real nice and real slow and didn't know if she could make a tranaction from her computer withing the 5 minutes left until deadline time. Duh! I told her thank you but I have no confidence in you to make the transaction and hung up.

Was going to transfer more to the S-fund. Hope the site is up tomorrow. Geeze!!!!

Really. A hundred million dollars plus, and what exactly was the benefit to us? I still don't see it. I'll assume it was more back end security enhancements.

Actually it's a very 'balanced' and neccessary part of how everything flows together. Typically theta maintains a slight edge over the others. Dark matter is forming at its consistently escallating rate - because as the universe expands you need more Dark Matter. But once in a great while an electro-magnetic wave have a little bump - and that's all it is.
