TSP.GOV Return on Investment

When I go to TSP.GOV where can I see where the ROI% is being factored into the total? All it shows on the statements is the totals (which I assume is my contribution plus the gain/loss for that month). But I want to see the exact number for the gain/ loss. Is that information available?

Thank you in advance for your help. I am a young investor (27) and have been with the government for 4 years. I am hopefully going to being monitoring my TSP a little closer as I would like to be one of the million dollar TSP holders one day.

Thanks again,

Good luck, but you should probably shoot for $5,000,000 to equal $1,000,000 in todays dollars.

True that. What % do you put into TSP, not including gov matching?
I put in the max (45 yo) but I did that through making increases as I got promotions and pay increases. When you know your budget, you can adjust your savings. That's where nobody but you can make the decision to create/modify your own personal habits.

jken doesn't put any percentage into tsp, he's retired. besides, he already benefitted his whole life knowing he would recieve a large inheritance. that frees up some additional investing strategeries perhaps not available to you.
