TSP Fund Changes - L2020 is Gone, new L Funds Start

The new L-funds start tomorrow, and they've rolled the L2020 fund into the L-Income fund. I'm not sure why there isn't a price for the L-2020 for June 30. That screws things up.

I will have to incorporate these changes into the AutoTracker over the next few days so you could see some changes -- and delays.
