This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I would just like people to know that it seems when the website is down so also is the phone access.

We have a recent thread with many links to recent remarks by the TSP Board's Director about the TSP program. Mentioned in some of these linksare the L Funds which are suppose to be implemented in July or August of this year.

Hopefully you were able to get in contact with them for the reason you made the attempt for. I amassuming it is something involving investing?
