TSP charging for trx's

I just read in my local newspaper that the managers of the TSP want to start charging fees for transactions made on the TSP acount. Should this be a real concern and if they start how would that affect plans like the TSP Sentiment Survey, etc...?

Taking an active role--lobbying--to bury the idea of charging the miniscule number of all the TSP participants who trade often should get to be #1 priority here.
