Trying to search posts for <1% IFT Method

Tom,
I have been trying to search the message board on the <1% IFT method. I know I have seen posts that members have written and have clearly stated how this is being done but I can't find any discussion on this subject with the search engine. If possible, could you point me to the right post on this subject matter? I also thought someone wrote a sticky but I guess I am wrong.
