Is your site time the same as the TSP site??? regarding TSP transaction by 12:00 Noon

The message board should show your local time. When I talk deadlines, I talkeastern time zone. The TSP site usually talks in central time. So TSP says the deadline is 11:00 AM central time. I say 12:00 noon ET.
