The wars over!..again

Anyone remember the last time Al Qaeda gained an operational stronghold in a country? It was Afghanistan in the 90's. The result was they had a safe place to meet and plan, which led to 9/11.

We blew the opportunity to establish a base in Iraq that could have wiped out these guys within 2-3 days. So now it looks like we're going to watch them take over a country again, only this time with oil reserves and large amounts of cash.....for planning operations....against us.
