Team "Spirit Doll" (or "Voodoo Doll" !)

Since there is a large "sports fan" presence here on the Board, as well as a recent interest in sock monkeys, I'll put this item up !

The Wife makes these as a hobby, to support us in our retirement ! It can either be called a "Spirit Doll", or a "Voodoo Doll", depending on who your favorite Team is ! As a FL Gator, this particular one is a "Voodoo Doll" (made for a dear friend, and Auburn Fan !)

BE ADVISED that, here in the Florida Panhandle, the selection of Team fabrics is pretty much limited to local SEC Teams, the New Orleans Saints, and FSU ! With the Internet, I'm sure she can find pretty much any Team fabric and colors (except maybe Maryland, and Oregon...their colors change every week !!!)...price may need to be adjusted accordingly !

So Auburn went a LONG way this year...barely missing the BCS Championship

So, at my request, the Wife made up 2 UF Gator Dolls for me...geez...they are U-G-L-Y !!! BUT...look where my Gator basketball team is in the polls this week :nuts: We're going over to Gainesville to see the UF/KY final game this weekend, and taking the Grand-Niece (a rabid KY fan !) with us...

Pssss....I think my Wife is a "witch" !!!

Okay, so we went to the UF/KY game, and guess what ? Gators WON !!! Grand-Niece was NOT happy !

Here's the "Spirit Doll" at the game...Wife can ALSO do the bracelet, in your colors, if you'd like :





Anyway, this is "Last Call" for anyone who wants THEIR Team colors done up in a "Spirit Doll" ! Probably too late for you NY Rangers Stanley Cup fans, but she's starting on one for our Baltimore Orioles
