THANKS PYRIEL for the help getting this together.

I started keeping track of a few people I know are faithfully posting there moves. I like to see how people are doing. You should not use just this post to judge how people are doing totally befacuse we don't have a long track record yet. As an example, TSP-Tom is doing very well since October but he had a very bad July/August.

I got these numbers using the post from each account talk list (2 exceptions - Milk-man was e-mailing me his moves during a 'vacation' and tspgo has a website where he posts his moves). If you are a regular poster but I missed you it was because I either felt you were not posting regularly and had quit or you were not posting in the right place. To make this tally you must have been posting in an account prior to 2/28/05. Looks like we'll have several new members added to the list next month.

Since there are so many people posting, I'm not going to add you up if your post are too confusing or it looks like you missed some post (ie. you refer to a move that you made 3 days ago but did not post in your account). I'll catch you next month when you get it straight.

Can someone post the monthly totals for each of the funds for Jan-Mar? One of these days I'll set my spreadsheet up to do it but not this month.

Extras:

Spaf: When you going to start an account? You post your moves all but just not in a single account thread.

Neirbod, tsptorture, Dakota would have been included except it looks as though they have quit posting. (G-man I need a sign that you are still tracking in your account. I see you still post but you have not moved in a long while and you are 100% G-fund.)

Cajun: You had a couple of late post. I did not include those days in the Tally. Don't think it had much affect.

I quit counting number of moves. I may add it again later but it is late and I'm tired.

If I missed you and you weren't included, PM me and I'll add you to the list or let you know where you confused me. There are so many new faces that it would be easy for someone to fall through the cracks.

Arrggg! I hate to admit this but I am down -3.09 for the month of March. "Deer in the headlights.HONK! HONK! WHACK!!!!!"

I will go thru my spreadsheet later on to re-verify.

Thanks to both of you for doing this.

My spreadsheet shows me up 1.44 for the year as of COB April 7. Looking at locking into the G fund for the weekend.

My spreadsheet also shows at the bottom right of the page .48 which is obviously different from what my updated return (the right column) shows. The .48 number is weighed against each individual fund and a 20% each allocation to show my return vs. each. Any idea why those numbers are different?

Thanks again.

I can't tell unless I see the spreadsheet. You are using Tom's version which is different than the one I use for the Tally. If you have copied cells down from the bottom, then you problem is in the copied cells. Tom's spreadsheet requires you to make adjustments to the formulas in that case. Pyriel has a version of Tom's spreadsheet that fixes that problem. It is really hard to tell from your description what the problem is. If you want to e-mail me your spreadsheet, PM me and I'll get you my e-mail address.

very confusing post. Need to see your own tally so that I can compare with mine. I stopped following your post in march because I couldn't tell which one is which. Please pm me so that I can compare my tracker with yours.

;)Fundsurfer, if you have time will you do me for first quarter? If you look at my account (GeorgiaGal Account Talk) - my march 17 post displays all my positions up through that date - then the rest can be determined by later posts to the account.

Thanks

Gawga

:PThat's Gawga Peach, you numbskulls!

Okay, okay, you got me! Yes, we slur our syllables and butcher our verbs. But we're very nice (pronounced neyes), and very hospitable.

When visitors leave, we always say "ya'll come again."

Please don't call 911-SEX-HARRASMENT!

Hey did you hear about the two Gawga Peanuts that went walking thru Atlanta! Right down Atlanta Boulavard! Yep, and one of them got a-salted!:DI would of used Gawga Peach but a salted Gawga Peach just doesn't sound right besides that a Gawga Peach would of said "Ya'll come again!":DThey are so neyes down yonder! Just teasing GawgaGal I love having you on the board you just spice things up for me. Hey was Peachy Spice one of them Spice girls?

A thousand apologies to Techno for the heart failure. For March, you were actually up 0.66% not down 3+%. I should have caught that one. I figured it had something to do with your temporary absense. Anyway, I had a date wrong on your spreadsheet (a 2005 date was listed as 2004) which can really screw up your gains. :D

Show-me, I don't think you are that far down unless you missed posting some moves. If you still show that big of a difference, we should compare spreadsheets.

Gawga, How could I turn down an offer like that?

March February January Total
GaGal -1.83% 1.93% -2.82% -2.72%

Now to be fair I can't include you in the official Tally cause you didn't post those previous moves in you account before making them. TSPTalk does have a spreadsheet that you can download to track your own returns. Fairly easy to learn (look at Tom's spreadsheet to see how he enters numbers for his transfers). If you have troubles figuring it out, you can always ask.

I like this post best Fundsurfer because it is a basis to go by. The comparing of the posters to me would be very time consuming. As you know the G holders were the winners in March and the I holders in February and the F holder in January. Maybe it is C & S turn to win April. It also shows where C & S are beginning to mirror one another. :^

Fundsurfer,

Thanks for doing this. I don't post here much, but I make sure I post any moves. I have been sitting in 100% I since March 17 after I made the decision to go long on I. Since I haven't made a move, I have not posted.
