sugarandspice's Account Talk

Enjoy the hallucinations Sugar, your reality will soon become a little less real. MEDICATE AND GRADUATE!!!

And as for your international geopolitical analysis, you should stick to coloring Japanese anime.
Come on, give it up are you really Dennis Miller?

Man you must have balls of steel. I showed her the Full Monty and as I expected she just laughed, stepped on me and headed for #17 on the tracker and moved to the F fund today. Sugar, leave the porch lite on - I'll be there soon enough.

Come on Birch......YOU!.... in the F FUND! That would be total world economic meltdown. Will never happen. But the welcome is always open with or without the light on....or pants.

Sugar,
That is the funniest thing I have read all week....:D
May your F fund prosper......

The zombies are penetrating my "F"ing(NOTE: i used "F"ing because i currently reside in the F fund) shelter. Looks like I'll be moving tomorrow to the "S"ing side of town. Depends on early morn. Might be able to reinforce for 1 extra day. If I'm bit I'm one of them and I don't look good in open wounds and exposed bone.

Sugar,

Well it looks like your "There coming to get you, BAR bar a." scenario did not pan out since you did'nt move your TSP. I guess sometimes the voices you see and the visions you hear, (and yes I put it that way on purpose) just have to be vented sometimes. Next time write it down and mail it to yourself Sugar, and leave us out of it.

It is times like these when I wish for the days of the unlimited IFT. 2 a month is detrimental. I would be happy..no content ...uh satisfied....mmmmm ok with 4-5 a month. At least it allows for room to "play" a little.

If you think your TSP account will prosper by just letting it sit somewhere, you are wrong. You must take an active interest in what is happening. This site is very informative. Since the change(and i'm not talking about menopause) to only 2 IFT's it is much harder to time things. In my TSP world that is buy and hold. I see a good opportunity coming in a few days that I can't exploit because of the restrictions. We need to start an uprising to allow the TSP to let us squander our money as we see fit. Sorry for the vent......maybe it is menopause.

Right On S&S!

Oh! The good old days to have that back where I could ride that 8 second ride again! How is susgarandspice? I used to ride into the sunset with a fortune to make and now it is being controled by others, it seems it became too much work for TSP's back as they had too much paper schuffling, strange don't you think since most of Washington wants paper to shuffle to hold their jobs. An active interest indeed! The big shots could see how the active account user could exploit them and they were losing control, so pass a regulation to gain control of your savings, and sell it to the non-active, as a way to hold down costs of the program. I think we should be able to trade if we want, it is a free country and if I have to pay to do it, I would do so, at no cost to the non-active TSP member.

Does the TSP keep records of accounts that have no activity on them? I really do believe that the controlling element of the TSP likes to have dormant G fund contributing. The idea that they care about my frequent trading that could lead to my ruin was ridiculous. I will settle for 1 IFT per week. Come on TSP, you owe us. we need a reload.

It's been strongly rumored and verified by arrest records that Sugar's former "profession" had something to do with getting a rise out of people....i.e. men.

On 8-26-2010 was the last time the I fund share price dipped under 17 bucks...$16.93 to be exact and then in May 2011 it hit $22.10 and today it may plummet to under $16.00. In just over a year there have been plenty of opportunities to cash big if the IFT situation wasnt so restrictive. Buy and hold if you want to but in TSP you gotta be shufflin. Does TSP have a suggestion box?

Now that I got my reload for the month of 2 IFT's, I will be waiting for that 2-3 day run of 5% or more. Timing that move will be the trick but it will happen. And maybe more that once this month. Looking for a 3 day stay in the S fund. May have missed it today but it still feels groundless. Anyone wanna join me? Maybe we can get a group rate.

I am #471 and you are at #31 on the tracker - I'd dearly like to make you mine by Christmas providing you have no objections.

Wow Birch an actual pop in huh? I guess you want to "interact." Well the phrase "make you mine" sounds like you want to "own me" by Christmas per tracker standings. We all here at TSPtalk that follow such things know that will never happen. Stick to "your" stock tips. That where you really thrive. We all know that.

Was going to move all in today but the govt shutdown powerplay checker game is causing me to wait it out.
Was trying for 2% a month for the year but will fall short of my goal. Next year same goal.

I see birch is #630 on the tracker, of course after todays pounding he'll be around #700 or so tmmrw, with one week left till Xmas I don't think he's gonna catch you S&S, (but that's just my opinion.)

As for investment strategy, its looking like Europe is slowly dissolving and all indications are that its gonna continue, this isn't just my opinion most experts are saying there is a greater chance of a recession next year. German growth was revised to 0.4% from 2.3% for 2012  ! So play it safe and watch those big dips for buyin opportunities and....whatever you do..... don't buy and hold yourself into the #500 and below club! :toung:
