Stocks Through EOY

What are the general opinions on how December is going to go for the S & C funds? It seems like they want to continue to rise through the EOY, however we have the budget talks mid month that may throw a wrench in there (or maybe not). Thinking of putting some more allocations into the C tomorrow, but concerned it may pull back and then I will say I should have waited. I know, risk/reward. Hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving.

Just close your eyes and hold your nose and then jump - it's that easy. I think the I fund is going to make my ears bleed in 2014.
