[h=2]Spoiler Raymond Chatfield was brutally assaulted by a Wookie, a Stormtrooper and Boba Fett[/h]
BAKERSFIELD, CA – A 20-year-old man named Raymond Chatfield walked out of a premiere of ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ on Thursday night and shouted out a major spoiler, which was heard by almost a hundred people waiting on line in the lobby.

“I was waiting on line to see the 10pm showing,” said witness Robert Selvidge. “Then this snot-nose kid walks past the line, shouts out the ending and starts laughing. He totally ruined the movie for everyone...what a jerk!”

Chatfield was immediately assaulted by a Wookie, a Stormtrooper and Boba Fett.

“I saw it all. This guy shouts out the spoiler right? Within 15 seconds he was on the ground getting his ass stomped,” said another witness, who asked to remain anonymous. “At first the crowd was cheering them on, and I think that made it worse. They beat him up for a solid 5 minutes, kicking him in the balls, punching him in the gut, bitch-slapping him...eventually people got quiet. Even I was like, okay...enough yo.”

The Wookie, the Stormtrooper and Boba Fett were not only not arrested by police, they were even allowed to watch the movie as planned.
“We view this as justifiable assault,” said police chief Greg Richardson. “May the Force be with you.”

The spoiler Raymond Chatfield is currently listed in critical condition in the intensive care unit at Mercy Hospital.

I hope he learned his lesson, the creep deserved what he got, or most of it. Don't mess with Wookies. Must have been a liberal.

we are going to see this movie, either this weekend or before xmas for sure. i can't hardly wait. i remember standing in line to see it at the new multi-screen theater on the hill back in the day, not the downtown two story brick building where i used to watch zoro matinees for practically free. by the timeline i see that was 1977, am i that old? i definitely remember that evening, vividly, more than i would expect a 10-year-old to recall. but it was crisp and clear, still is. it was a defining moment, so ground breaking, such imagination, so inspiring. so i am incredibly excited to see this one.

i hope my 12 year old enjoys it just as much as i did nearly 40 years ago. i hope there are some freaks in full costume with light sabers there too. crazy stuff. life is good.

woooo hooo hooo hoooooo! you. must. see. this. show!

no lie, hands down, that is the best movie i have seen since nineteen seventy seven! second best movie ever! hooo wheeeee!

i want to tell you all about it and all kinds of other cool stuff and everything that happened and the connections and imagination and i can't stop talking i feel like a little girl all excited just got her first valentine or something omg that was awesome!

go. see. this. movie!

oh, and merry xmas.

p.s. wooomf, i never get tired of light sabers, i love that sound, woomf wooooomf.

ok so be careful taking your kids to see this movie, it will mess up their chore routines.

whenever i ask him to pick something up or put it away, now he just stands there and makes this claw/grabbing hand pose and wrinkles his brow and tries to bring it to him using the force. he tries so hard, for like ten minutes, i actually think he might get it to work one of these times.

i might be living with a jedi.

I wasn't really impressed with it. Don't get me wrong it was a good movie, but I thought it was too much of a kids movie. The jokes were way too obvious, to the point where I'm surprised they didn't include a laugh track. I would have liked it to be signifcantly more suttle, in line with the previous movies. This piece made it clear it was a disney movie.

The acting and CGI stuff was pretty awesome though, no doubt about that. So definitely feel a bright future for the next movies.

This coming from someone who watched all the previous 6 movies in the few weeks leading up to the movie.

I'll wait at least another week to talk about the specific events I didn't care for. Star wars is like the last movie you want to spoil for someone, hence the original post in this thread.

princess leia is still hot though, huh?

I went to see StarWars today. WOW!! Loved it...it was great from start to end. Got to see it in 3D and Imax...first row, center. Screen filled entire field of view. Definitely my favorite of all episodes. :notworthy:

I jumped and screamed a few times and cried once. (Uhh..hummm..no wise cracks Burro! :D) Really awesome movie!!!! Gotta go see this movie if you haven't already.

i wish the last two people on earth who have not seen it yet would just go to the movie already so the rest of us can talk about it.

I live in Petersburg Alaska, guess i can stay off the forum or fly to Seattle and watch it...:D

ha, dreary wet warm southeast? i spent 9-10 months per year from 89-94 mostly out of dutch harbor and dillingham or ports close... eventually years later i had to move from seattle and portland because of that damn heavy grey misty sky that sits right on top of your head from most of november to april and the trees like tall walls closing in. now i live on the north plains where the cold and wind can kill you those same months, but the skies sometimes are wide open clear blue as far as the eye can imagine. six in one, half dozen the other. once in a while i wish i had never left alaska. maybe i can get back there again. i applied to park service at glacier bay national park a few years ago but blew the phone interview. probably good because i suck at uniforms and schedules and rules and stuff. wasn't to be that time i guess. still have some options but personnel is light up there in my agency, have to pick your battles, wait for the good shot. i do miss the only plane or boat access and remoteness though, out here it can be remote too though, somedays transportation just is not a good idea and ain't going to happen.

you have to see this movie! get a pirated version on your cell phone or something.

I rank it as the 3rd best of the series.

Acting was superb, the new crew out-acted the old crew.

Special effects were awesome, not too much CGI to make it distracting.

Cinematography was top-notch, with some beautiful wide-panned shots.

Story line was mixed, some elements were "rushed" and I'm sorry, but we don't need another fkin ***** ****

Daisy Ridley carried the movie, I'm so in-love with her...

You sound like a good dude brct...
been shoveling snow for a couple days now. like being out in it. rarely see the sun though. tradeoffs are good- small Norwegian fishing town, good/safe education for my boyz, eating shrimp/crab/salmon/halibut/venison weekly. was out with big moon lately and decided to drive out the road (actually have 35 miles of road on Mitkof Island). heard a pack of wolves howling and got out with moonlight and started howling with them. got'em all stirred up...
surreal moments. "life is not measured by the amount of breaths you take, but the moments that take your breath away"...

hope you make it back. you are welcome around my fire anytime...

Just saw it again, this time in 3D. If I were to watch it a third time, I liked the 2D better.

It's a small small world...Lived in Juneau for 17 years....left in 1991...enjoyed the town when there were only 16,000 people. Loved every minute. As I got older, I needed to get away from the colder weather but it was a wonderful community. Very friendly people, great schools. great friends, good music, and lots of history and beauty.

Hahaha! Obi-Wiener Kenobi vs Bark Vader. Usually, I roll my eyes when people dress up their pets, but this made me chuckle.
