Snowstorm 2026

How is everyone doing with this storm?
Schools and businesses closed this morning in Ohio. Here on the north coast morning temp is 13° with feel like temp -1°. Will get total snowfall depth a little later this morning. Good thing is most everyone around me has power.

Schools and Govt. are closed here in the DC area. Haven't been out yet, but we had snow and then sleet and freezing rain most of the day yesterday. Hoping I don't have like a 6" block of frozen ice on the walkway. Car doesn't look too bad snow-wise, but it's probably got a ice glaze all over it.

I think this is the 2nd day since last year that we were allowed to telework. Hoping we can do the same tomorrow.

Not to brag, but for the most part it's been freezing in my neck of Poland since Christmas.

Last night some rain came in and created a 2-3mm sheet of ice over everything, it took me an hour to remove the ice off the cars.
Anyhow it also shut down the trams (which almost never happens). Lucky me I've manged 2 successful dog walks without falling on my azz

I live in the Alaskan Interior. I dream of the days when the temperature was 13 degrees.
