That is the perfect situation either for an individual stock or an index, because no one is sitting on a loss and will sell into any rallies when they get back near even.

Excellent point and well said. Sadly, this makes total sense and with the Fed back stopping the market by making anything but stocks nearly worthless to hold, the only thing stopping this market is going to be an unseen black swan event. I guess that is what stops are for...
