System moves to a buy today. I added 25% UPRO at the close at 24.71 and will fill the 100% with another 25% at tomorrow's open. The previous 50% was purchased at the prior close for 23.78. I decided to hold off until tomorrow with half of the remaining purchase in case the unemployment number causes selling.
