Premium reply failure

It is impossible to post on the IT TSP strategies subforum by phone (or even see the subforum for more than a few seconds on a phone), I can post on the IT ETF forum by phone, posting via computer onto IT TSP strategies or even just reading any of the premium subfora is possible by computer but just intermittently.
