Like I said before, this game is rigged, I lost money in the second half of Aug, yet my PIP was higher than the previous month...

I can't figure it out either! I'm going to track it for a year or two and compare to see if I can even come close.

I'm sorry. I can't. It would make me throw up. I have a dead deep cycle battery in my shop that's more positive than my return Y-T-D. On a positive note (LOL), I have exceeded my personal goal for my TSP balance at retirement (12/31/13) by over 20%. Unfortunately, not much of that came this year. But, it's all good. I read a quote this past weekend that I really liked.
