I started fed service in 1993, They hand me this paper anid I filled it out putting in 5% to be matched. Let it go it did Ok in straight C fund for while, then c started falling and bailed (after a year) in the safety of the G fund. Well, last year I saw the new funds and notice thier gains and played a little. Told my boss, He said(I'm staying in G because it is secure).. A few month's later ran on to this site while try to find Thrift savings. I now have about three men from reynolds that pays attention to what the markets do and what you people on this site say. This is a vey good site and with your information, I have thought things out and have substantial gains from a year ago. I am not a % guru. I take my swags at it by what I've learned in this forum and research. I will tell you that If you want money, The G fund doesn't make much, not enough for me. I havent put in any in the last year. just played and made more than I could ever afford to put in. Thanks for ya'lls thought, charts, time, and sharing your intelligence. I'm simple, slow and usually quiet, but I do enjoy this, because it has made me lots more money. might be able to ride my horse down to tombstone and play music
