Hello -
I have some non-TSP retirement funds and recently ran across PRPFX and the Harry Browne Permanent Portfolio concept.
Here is a pretty good and succinct explanation of both:
http://www.investmentu.com/2008/March/permanent-portfolio-fund.html
I'm retired and invested some funds in PRPFX (a "lazy portfolio" where it's not necessary to invest in many different funds/ETFs to match the HB PP and worry about rebalancing) because it boasts good returns especially for a conservative allocation fund.
Is there another "lazy portfolio" that is as safe and performs as well?
I'm still learning and wondered what the gurus here thought, including how it fits with TSP allocations.
Thanks,
Bob
